Trapped in a fire and put into an induced coma, and possibly disabled for the rest of his life, 14-year old Franklin Johnson can now travel into other children’s dreams to help them overcome their fears by tapping into their inner strengths and finding the true hero within themselves. Black Man White Man is an edgy murder mystery in which a black police detective unknowingly transforms skin color and personality at night, into a white serial killer who is murdering the family and friends of the police detective. Both are obsessed and driven to kill one another, with neither knowing they are one and the same…or are they? Both are conflicted by the prejudices against each other. With each murder, the clues left behind point to the detective as the killer. To prove his innocence, he must uncover the hidden truths of his past as he looks into his soul to face the demons within.

Adding to the mystery, the detective is separated from his wife, a top journalist. Together they are both fighting their emotional grief and guilt over the unsolved murder of their 5-year old daughter from a year ago, at the hands of a mysterious man. Now, the wife is having an affair with the killer, not knowing he is plotting to kill her too.

With a diverse cast of supporting characters, each tries to help or hinder the search for the killer based on their own personal and racial prejudices. Written with a series of shocking and unforeseen twists, each issue will keep the reader guessing who the real killer is.
